On the list of Unintentionally Comedic Moments in Social Media (which someone really should compile), this one from the Rev. Joel Osteen is pretty high up there. Maybe not quite on the level of Chris Brown Twitter rant or an Anthony Weiner junk pic, but close. Behold, the pastor’s pearl of wisdom from last week: The tweet was quickly deleted, for obvious reasons, but here we are.

Dustin Hoffman has been successfully treated for cancer. "It was detected early and he has been surgically cured," the 75-year-old star’s rep Jodi Gottlieb says. "Dustin is feeling great and is in good health." The two-time Oscar-winning actor and director will undergo recommended preventative treatments to minimize the chance of a recurrence in coming years. Further information about Hoffman’s cancer or treatments is unknown, but he has spent the last year promoting his film, Quartet, which is his directorial debut.

Singer Marc Anthony is back on the market. The Latin singer and his girlfriend of one year, model Shannon de Lima, have called it quits. Marc’s rep Blanca Lasalle told PEOPLE, “Marc is no longer dating model Shannon de Lima. The amicable breakup became official in mid-January.” A source familiar with the couple said, “The truth is they have been having a great time together, but it no longer worked.

Ruby Rose was thrown out of a New Orleans restaurant after throwing French fries at a bartender following an altercation, reports Gossip Cop. That part is true.
